You must be over 25 to Join Oasis 33. 

1- Conduct yourself in a courteous and lawful manner.

2-  Don't be nosey ! 

Don't ask others where they live and work.

2- Touching others without consent is not permitted (obviously). It can also be a crime.

3- Sexual Activity needs to be out of sight .. (use tasteful judgement as to where and when).

4,a- Sexual advances or propositions of any physical contact are not permitted. This is not a hook-up club, you can get to know others, but give relationships time to blossom.

4,b- Prostitution is not tolerated, propositioning or selling any activity intended for sexual gratification is usually a crime. Oasis 33 has policy to report criminal activity. 

5- Oasis 33 is not an Outlaw Hideout. We have long-standing policy to cooperate with Law Enforcement Agencies, we will give them information and access they need to move an investigation or inquiry along swiftly. (Sunlight keeps the cockroaches away). 

6,a- Drinking in moderation is OK,

 (don't be a drunken dumb fuck) 

camping is free, sleep it off at the Retreat. 

6,b-- By joining You also Agree you will not drive to or from the Retreat under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6,c- Do not share or give alcohol to others.

7- Keep guns out of sight and out of mind. Guns tend to deter others from getting naked.

8-Member Guest Policy: If you want to have a guest, have them purchase a membership.

9-Date rape drugs: If we suspect a person is in possession of such substances we will, without giving warning, invite law enforcement on the property to investigate. (it will be a surprise)  For your safety don't accept open drinks!

10- Pets are welcome, as long as they are not dangerous or annoying to others. No pets in common areas.

11- Taking pictures of others without consent is forbidden, and can be a violation of Montana Law. 

12,a-  NO soliciting, Hustling, or otherwise being a Creep. 

(I think you know what we mean)  Use tasteful judgement !

13,b-You may post event fliers/cards at the Retreat, (but do not personally solicit others). Fliers can be anything from outside meetups or other Nude events venues. We like to promote anything nude related.

14- No: building, constructing, modifying, "repairing" or "improvements", removing, destroying, altering anything on Retreat property. If you want to help out, pickup garbage. As a general rule,  if its not yours, don't fuck with it.

15,a- Persons under 18 are not permitted at the Retreat unless they are your children, and in your sight at all times: its your responsibility to keep them away from adult activity.

15,b- Both of the Legal Parents must give written consent allowing their Child to attend specifying: "Oasis33 A Nude Retreat", accompanied by either parent.  Both Parents must provide photo ID.  One Parent must be a Current Member. Attempting to violate any part of 6,a or 6,b will get you kicked out without refund, and reported if we suspect a criminal intent.

16-  Do Not harm the Trees! No pruning, cutting, breaking or removing of any tree or bush. Many of the trees are Juniper and are several hundred years old, and they are not replaceable.

17- No earth moving equipment on the property. Do not operate power tools on the property without permission.

If a Member falls from Grace, Management may give warning,  This Retreat reserves the right to cancel a Membership and eject Problem Persons from the Club Property.  

By Joining, you understand and agree to:

 Abide by the above "Sins of Etiquette" (aka rules). 

 Those wishing to hear tasteful verbal propositions can wear a 

 Proposition Card indicating you don't mind hearing tasteful tactful propositions in appropriate communication. Ask us for a Proposition Card when you get here.
