Independent access requires those having access will conduct themselves in a lawful, and ethical manner. We hope to prevent future problems by ensuring those with access will be held accountable for abuse of access.

This addendum to the rules stems from people seeming to believe they were somehow anonymous members, believing they could create problems then disappear avoiding accountability. ... The same people don't seem to understand, their PayPal is linked to their bank account, in the event of litigation they would still be identifiable, even if they used a different name...  This addendum insures they know we have their information, and how that information will be used.... Every nudist place has similar requirements, they may not tell you that, but most people are smart enough to already know that, we are telling you in advance, in hopes previous problems won't re-emerge in the future. 

(Obviously compliance is optional, if you don't want to do it you can go someplace else).

You will furnish Oasis 33 a photocopy of your government issued photo ID, list your contact phone number on the photocopy, and maintain a current phone number throughout your term of access to the retreat. 

You agree to be contacted and to cooperate with any law enforcement agency if circumstances arise should such agency feel an inquiry necessary. 

We won't share your information with other members or the public, or any person other than law enforcement. 

We will furnish your information with law enforcement if a need arises. All of the photocopies will be kept in a single file, that file can be handed to law enforcement should a need of inquiry arise. 

You agree to report: 

1- Any person under age, or suspected of being underage. 

2- Any other person on retreat property, unless we have told you specifically that person is authorized to be on the property. (When you are at the retreat let us know if others are also there). 

Report any of the above to us, Oasis 33 contacts, text, phone, email. Obviously if you feel  a dangerous crime is taking place, or about to, go ahead and report it to 911. As well as report it to Oasis 33 management.

Report any dangerous or unusual activity. Any activity that seems outside the normal activity report it to us, in most cases we can confront the offending persons, without letting them know who reported them. Just Let us know something is unusual and we will show up to see it and address it, if necessary.

To ensure that we maintain a quality class of responsible members, people who avoid accountability will have to go someplace else, we don't want them here.

The problem people won't comply, thereby won't have access and will cease to be here. 

This is addendum is also to make sure members know that they will be held accountable (we have all the information anyways from your PayPal which is linked to your bank) but we've had a few people that seem to think they can create problems and then just disappear in the sunset, this addendum is to make sure that they know what we know, and how that information will be treated.

In a nutshell, some people confuse independent freedom with unchecked irresponsibility. We are the only privately owned independent access nudist area that I know of in the United States. We have to have different rules than other places to keep out the undesirables.

It's criminal to bring unauthorized persons onto retreat property, for the person or member giving them access, as well as the unauthorized person.

45-6-305  Theft of services or use of property

Upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or both.

By joining you are agreeing to a minimum of $1,000 civil liability damages per person per instance of unauthorized access.
