Anytime access come and go at your own schedule
Full membership, you have your own gate code and you come and go at will. 1,100 per 12 months. No extra cost for camping. Your domestic partner is free. You can add a dedicated rental space, prices start at $250 per month.

Full Access Membership
We won't sell you this membership unless we are reasonably assured you have reviewed this site information, and that you have realistic expectations.
Important note:
Becoming a Foundation Member with Full Access involves more than just a membership fee. We require that our Full Access members fully support our mission and demonstrate the responsibility necessary to manage this level of access, as it otherwise presents a liability risk for us. (In other words, irresponsible people create an unacceptable liability risk).
$1,100 Season Full Membership anytime access. 12 months membership, it's 12 months from your start date.
$250 Monthly rental space use with the above Full Access Membership. (A boondock site that's dedicated to you only, set it up and have it ready, your home away from home). Individual site rates vary slightly. Check with us for details.
Tour:
If you're brand new here and you'd like a tour, a self guided day tour can be arranged, cost is $250, it will be credited to your membership. Once you've paid it we will give you access instructions.

Occasional arrangements for guests.
Your guest must have a membership here, they must contact us and present photo ID.
Your guests rates include their significant other at no additional charge.
The rates for your guests are the same as scheduled weekends and event rates.
Have your guest contact us to let us know they have made plans with you. (It helps if the guest tells us the members name, otherwise we don't know what the fuck he's talking about).

We seek to maintain a smooth flowing, harmonious environment.
Unauthorized access is a serious crime
$1,000 minimum liability damages: allowing or bringing people in without permission of Oasis 33 is a crime in Montana; with criminal and civil penalties. You will pay a minimum of $1,000 for each occurrence, we may revoke your membership, you may forfeit fees that have already been paid. We may pursue additional civil damages and criminal prosecution.
MCA 45-6-305 Theft of labor or services or use of property.
Sneaking in anonymous shitheads is a huge liability risk for us, and others at the Park. It is a big fucking deal for us, (we will not take the situation lightly) so don't try it. It's easy to avoid, just don't bring or allow others in. Have your friends get a membership. All of our rules are in place for safety and to mitigate liability problems.
Confidentiality
We won't share your information with other members or the public, or any person other than if a law enforcement inquiry.
We will furnish your contact information to law enforcement if something were to happen and they needed to collect statements from members. We find that cooperation is the best way to get problems solved quickly and discreetly. This is of course only if a need arises. (Almost every hotel or Resort has a similar policy, you just don't know it because they don't tell you, we tell you up front).
