Reservations

A few special notes:

We are structured as a Self-Service Retreat, no desk clerk or host. (one reason Membership is so affordable). Elite and Full Members generally show up and find a spot to setup. All Members can also make advance reservation. The Reserve Members need advanced reservations.

The Club-Retreat has two separate grounds, about a mile apart, Club33/Oasis33 is the main Retreat, room for tent camping and small RVs.

Attention Large RVs:

The Barker Ranch is a secondary area, less secluded but has good access for large RVs or low clearance vehicles. Its located 1 mile from the Retreat, you would want a tow vehicle to shuttle from the Barker Ranch to the Retreat. The Barker Ranch and Retreat are 1 mile apart along the highway.

Both locations have a small RV clubhouse, with cooking, shower, and bathroom facilities. The main Club-Retreat has the swimming pool (when available) and hot tub (when available). Otherwise, is primitive dry camping.

However, if you're worried about availability, let us know. Include your length and specifics. We'll save a spot for you!

This is essentially a day pass for Saturday, but includes camping out or parking-out for Saturday night, may not include a camp site if none are available but we will have a spot for you to park or pitch a tent.

Camping is Included with this pass, (its dispersed dry camping).
