Scheduled days and weekends will alternate between our two areas, which are located one mile apart on opposite sides of the highway.
Oasis 33
Most events take place at Oasis 33, our primary 33-acre lookout hill. This area features narrow roads, juniper and pine trees, and a south-facing sandstone formation high above the highway. Please note that the RV sites are rugged and tight. You can enjoy views of the rangeland valley, Wendy’s Wasteland, and even the Beartooth Mountains on a clear day. We maintain a casual, "naked neighborhood" atmosphere where there are no strangers, only friends you haven't met yet.
Wendy’s Wasteland
Other events are held at Wendy’s Wasteland, which offers 300 acres of rugged rangeland roads and trails. The parking and RV setup area is in a large field just off the highway, suitable for large RVs and toy haulers. From the parking field, rugged terrain vehicles can access the area through a cement drive-thru tunnel (8’ high x 8’ wide x 30’ long) under the railroad tracks. This leads to a maze of dirt roads, trails, cliffs, and ravines bordering Federal Range Lands. The shooting range is located on the south side.
Important Reminders
Both areas are in a high desert climate with extreme sun exposure and dry heat. It is essential that you bring your own sun shade and plenty of water. Please be aware that rattlesnakes are common in this environment.
