Access
We don't have traditional "open" days like a resort. (We are not staffed like a resort)
Casual Weekend is as close as we come to an "open' day, it's for Members only, generally one weekend a month, no food service, no hosts, just people casually doing their own thing. Scheduled, but can be dependent on RSVPs.
Casual weekend, and Event rates are discounted, (unscheduled days are higher).

We have scheduled events for Members only. Rates are discounted for scheduled events, and Casual weekends.
Access on non-scheduled closed days is possible, but at a higher rate.

50% off the above rates for Members between 21 and 50.
Or single woman**** from 21 up to any age.
(up to 3 women on the same membership).
*Key:
*Domestic partner can be any long-term relationship, or your roommate. (The fuckfriend you just met online will have to get their own membership)
** Example, Jack, Jane, and Susan all live together, all are on the same membership, if all three of them came for a Saturday pass, the total would only be 33 bucks! And if they were under 41 they could get the 50% discount as well. All must be over 21.
*** $33 Annual Membership fee is deducted from your first trip here. (Each Season).
****Single woman means a woman without a boy-toy in tow. But can be 1-3 women together.

With this membership you'll have the ability to schedule most any days, you won't have to wait for an event.

One membership includes you and your *domestic partner (at no extra cost) on the same membership.
*Domestic partner can be any long-term relationship, or just a roommate. (Long-term relationship means anything other than your new fuck friend). You can't bring a new one every weekend. (They would have to get their own membership).

133 site tour self-guided 6 hours to check everything out, the tour fee is credited towards your first month's rent. (If you know what space you want, just let us know).
Rates are for one person or a couple of domestic partners.

Includes space and anytime access.
Your Guests must be pre-approved, have a membership, and a 75 per day fee.

Membership Responsibility

We seek to maintain a smooth flowing, harmonious environment.
Unauthorized access is a serious crime
$1,000 minimum liability damages: allowing or bringing people in without permission of Oasis 33 is a crime in Montana; with criminal and civil penalties. You will pay a minimum of $1,000 for each occurrence, we may revoke your membership, you may forfeit fees that have already been paid. We may pursue additional civil damages and criminal prosecution.
MCA 45-6-305 Theft of labor or services or use of property.
Sneaking in anonymous shitheads is a huge liability risk for us, and others at the Park. It is a big fucking deal for us, (we will not take the situation lightly) so don't try it. It's easy to avoid, just don't bring or allow others in. Have your friends get a membership. All of our rules are in place for safety and to mitigate liability problems.
Confidentiality
We won't share your information with other members or the public, or any person other than if a law enforcement inquiry.
We will furnish your information to law enforcement for statement if a need arises.
