A reservation is not necessary, come almost anytime you like, and pick your own campsite. Anytime access to your own naked getaway. Good for any time, weekdays, weekends, and includes all events. (does not include a dedicated site). Naked outdoor activities whenever you want, you don't have to worry about your neighbors calling the cops. $933 for the season, includes you and your domestic partner if any.

Becoming a naked villager!
Your own dedicate campsite space you can leave set up all season long, a naked home away from home. If you ever wanted to live in a naked neighborhood this is for you! Includes All Access, everything all the time as well as any events. 350 per month, requires season long lease. First / last / lease.

Member guest policy
Both options have a limited access guest policy. Guests have to be pre-approved by us, have the $33 annual membership paid, you can sponsor them with your membership, pay $75 per access weekend.
Both options are full access, as such they are non hosted, you have to host yourself. If you need a place that has a host you will have to go someplace else.
Both offers are good for a limited time, and will not be available once the season is underway. This is a preseason special.

Extended Rates
Long-term rates / rentals
Longer-term rates:
weekly, monthly, season, and year-round.
133 site tour self-guided 6 hours to check everything out, the tour fee is credited towards your first month's rent. (If you know what space you want, just let us know).
Rates are for one person or a couple of domestic partners.
375 month to month
Includes space and anytime access.
$33 membership, Plus $375 per month, 2 months up front, and long-term season commitment.
You can sponsor occasional guests:
Your Guests must be pre-approved, have a $33 membership, and pay a 75 per day fee.
1,500 Summer season site with anytime access. Your Guests must be pre-approved, have a membership, and a 75 per day fee.
12 months site $300 per month. $375 first and last month to start.
Long-term site in the overflow area across the highway. Inquire for pricing and availability.
Independent access, each person must be pre-approved, it's on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Responsibility

We seek to maintain a smooth flowing, harmonious environment.
Unauthorized access is a serious crime
$1,000 minimum liability damages: allowing or bringing people in without permission of Oasis 33 is a crime in Montana; with criminal and civil penalties. You will pay a minimum of $1,000 for each occurrence, we may revoke your membership, you may forfeit fees that have already been paid. We may pursue additional civil damages and criminal prosecution.
MCA 45-6-305 Theft of labor or services or use of property.
Sneaking in anonymous shitheads is a huge liability risk for us, and others at the Park. It is a big fucking deal for us, (we will not take the situation lightly) so don't try it. It's easy to avoid, just don't bring or allow others in. Have your friends get a membership. All of our rules are in place for safety and to mitigate liability problems.
Confidentiality
We won't share your information with other members or the public, or any person other than if a law enforcement inquiry.
We will furnish your information to law enforcement for statement if a need arises.
