This is a Full Membership, it's only necessary if you need reserve/access any time even during closed days, and can be used for any event rates as well.

(Event rates are the same with either membership)

Think of it as a group discount one membership price includes you, your significant other, or domestic partner. Most places charge per person, but we feel that method penalizes couples. From our perspective there isn't a cost difference in providing for one member versus a couple with a membership, so it seems fair to charge the same amount.

$933 year-round full access you choose the month to start. Can be used with a dedicated rental space  the space rate is then paid monthly  the monthly rate depends upon the site and the space needed. Under some circumstances this membership can be used without a rental space, it depends on what a person's plans are, but it's designed for use with a rental space. 

We will generally renew this membership for free as long as the person has been paying 12 months continuously on the site rental, if there's no problems, and if the Member wants to continue with the site rental,  we wave the $933 renewal fee.  With this waiver the Member is rewarded in savings for being long-term consistent. 

The site rentals generally start at about $250 monthly and go up depending on space etc. with the $933 Membership fee waiver after 12 months it makes continued renting an affordable benefit of membership. 

$633 season May through September, it's full access so , let yourself in and out. Should be used in conjunction with a rental site at 250 per month....  Your access with this membership is unsupervised and unhosted, we expect people with this membership to keep an eye on things and let us know if others are causing problems, so that we can fix it before it becomes a big problem. Most people are fine, but some adults can't handle being unsupervised.

One membership includes you and two more of your domestic partners.

$250 per month Dedicated site rental, used in conjunction with a full access membership. This way you can already have your site set up this ready for you whenever you get here. But you won't need this site rental if you're just planning to pick a site whenever you come. Dedicated site rentals range from $250 and up if additional space is needed.

This addendum's purpose is: to prevent troublemakers from coming here and causing trouble.

We seek to maintain a smooth flowing, harmonious environment.

Furnish Oasis 33 a photocopy of your government issued photo ID, list your contact phone number on the photocopy, and maintain a current phone number throughout your term of access to this Park/Retreat. 

You agree to be contacted and to cooperate by statement to any law enforcement agency if asked to do so.

We won't share your information with other members or the public, or any person other than if a law enforcement inquiry.

We will furnish your information to law enforcement for statement if a need arises. 

Part of being a full access member is keeping an eye on the place to make sure things run smoothly, your membership is contingent on you looking after our best interest, if people are causing problems we need to know about it before it becomes a big problem.

You agree to report: 

1- Any person under age, or suspected of being underage. 

2- Any other person on retreat property, unless we have told you specifically that person is authorized to be on the property. (When you are at the retreat let us know if others are also there). 

Report any of the above to us, Oasis 33 contacts, text, phone, email. Obviously if you feel  a dangerous crime is taking place, or about to, go ahead and report it to 911. As well as report it to Oasis 33 management.

Sneaking someone in is not only criminal, it's a dick head thing to do, (and can cause huge problems if something goes wrong).It's criminal to bring unauthorized persons onto retreat property, for the person or member giving them access, as well as the unauthorized person.

Montana MCA45-6-305  Theft of services or use of property

Upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or both.

By joining you agree to a minimum of $1,000 civil liability damages per person per instance of unauthorized access.
