Large RVs
Large RVs won't fit in the Oasis 33 area, you will need to use the overflow area across the highway, it's a large field.
$25 per day 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. overnight is free.

Let us know what your plans are we're happy to give you a price/rate.
We provide camping for free so Members won't feel pressured to leave if they've been drinking. (A day pass and free overnight are given together for Public Safety).
Rates may differ for large special events like Wasteland Week, or Auggie Fest. With any membership, you will have an advance discount option (we don't have event rates yet).

This is a Full Membership, it's only necessary if you need reserve/access any time even during closed days, and can be used for any event rates as well.

One rate includes 1 to 3 people
Think of it as a group discount one membership price includes you, your significant other, or domestic partner. Most places charge per person, but we feel that method penalizes couples. From our perspective there isn't a cost difference in providing for one member versus a couple with a membership, so it seems fair to charge the same amount.
Full Access Membership May through September
$633 season May through September, it's full access so , let yourself in and out. Should be used in conjunction with a rental site at 250 per month.... Your access with this membership is unsupervised and unhosted, we expect people with this membership to keep an eye on things and let us know if others are causing problems, so that we can fix it before it becomes a big problem. Most people are fine, but some adults can't handle being unsupervised.
One membership includes you and two more of your domestic partners.
12 month full access membership
$933 year-round full access you choose the month to start. Can be used with a dedicated rental space the space rate is then paid monthly the monthly rate depends upon the site and the space needed. Under some circumstances this membership can be used without a rental space, it depends on what a person's plans are, but it's designed for use with a rental space.
We will generally renew this membership for free as long as the person has been paying 12 months continuously on the site rental, if there's no problems, and if the Member wants to continue with the site rental, we wave the $933 renewal fee. With this waiver the Member is rewarded in savings for being long-term consistent.
The site rentals generally start at about $250 monthly and go up depending on space etc. with the $933 Membership fee waiver after 12 months it makes continued renting an affordable benefit of membership.
Dedicated site rental (home away from home).
$250 per month Dedicated site rental, used in conjunction with a full access membership. This way you can already have your site set up this ready for you whenever you get here. But you won't need this site rental if you're just planning to pick a site whenever you come. Dedicated site rentals range from $250 and up if additional space is needed.

The first step is sometimes the easiest
The Express Membership is probably the easiest and most flexible membership we've ever offered.
Because we're structured as a membership private retreat, we can't do traditional day passes, but, if you have an Express Membership you can schedule your own day pass. You can get access on an event day, or during a closed day. And a day pass is good for 26 hours to accommodate the free camping option, if you choose to use it without running over time on your day pass.
It gets even better, your membership fees and access passes can be applied to a full access membership if you like. So you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
If you're thinking things can't get any better than that, rest assured they can. If you purchase a 2025 Express membership you will have the remaining portion of the 2024 season for free.
When you purchase the Express Membership your first visit is without any pass fees, subsequent visits are $25 per day during the days on and around an event, and $50 per day during closed days.
One membership and the day pass fee covers you and your domestic partner at no extra charge.
It's easy to get started, here's how.

Dirt workers with equipment
Looking for dirt workers who own equipment interested in trading your equipment work for full access rental memberships.
Trade your rate for our rate.
Let us know what equipment you got what your rate is, how long of a term you want for membership, etc etc we can work out the details. And yeah, we know equipment operation is expensive we own equipment too.
Dirt road work along the Silk Road, it's a big project, It'll need plenty of equipment operators since it's several miles. So don't be shy, cuz we'll need way more than one operator.
You'll be able to do your project work on your own schedule, you will have your own access for your part of the project. (There is one area with fiber optic cables and I will do all of the work in that area with my equipment) Your area to work is cable free, just stay inside the fence line.
The Silk Road area has a tunnel for access, 8 ft wide by 8 ft tall, not an inch more.
So smaller equipment, mini excavator, skid steer, small dozer etc the material is sand and clay.
We have a separate project over at the primary Oasis 33 area, a short stretch about 100 ft for a large ripper, or an excavator with a rock breaker attachment. Compressed sandstone.
Factor your rate including your fuel, your breakdowns and equipment costs are on you.
(Same as a contract job)
The projects are longer term, so you may be able to start during the winter, or just work during the warm season. Whatever works for your schedule, it can be worked out anyway.

You also need to have, a Montana Contractors Exemption, or registered corporation or LLC (for liability reasons)

*Domestic partner can be any long-term relationship, or your roommate. (The fuckfriend you just met online will have to get their own membership)
** Example, Jack, Jane, and Susan all live together, all are on the same membership, if all three of them came for a Saturday pass, the total would only be 33 bucks! And if they were under 41 they could get the 50% discount as well. All must be over 21.

(does not include a dedicated site). Naked outdoor activities whenever you want, you don't have to worry about your neighbors calling the cops. $933 for the season, includes you and your domestic partner if any. (Or $633 per season for Certified truenudist).

Your own dedicate campsite space you can leave set up all season long, a naked home away from home. If you ever wanted to live in a naked neighborhood this is for you! Includes All Access, everything all the time as well as any events. 350 per month, requires season long lease. First / last / lease.
(Or $300 per month for Certified truenudist month to month, no lease required must be certified TN).

Member guest policy
Both options have a limited access guest policy. Guests have to be pre-approved by us, have the $33 annual membership paid, you can sponsor them with your membership, pay $75 per access weekend.
Both options are full access, as such they are non hosted, you have to host yourself. If you need a place that has a host you will have to go someplace else.
Both offers are good for a limited time, and will not be available once the season is underway. This is a preseason special.
To be eligible for the truenudist discount, you need to be certified truenudist, and you also need to join our truenudist group page, both of which are free. (We think you'll get more out of a membership here if you are connected with other members on the group page, it's easier to coordinate meetups with other nudist members). Otherwise you would just show up alone, and hope others happen to show up at the same time, as a group page member you can check when others are coming out, or post when you are coming out. (It's easy to connect with others). NextGen discount can also be applied with the TN discount. Message us for details.
