Members are however welcome to make RSVPs and reservations for scheduled days, weekends, events etc.

Individual reservations are not possible.
We are not able to accommodate individual reservations. At the risk of sounding rude, it's not worth the time to coordinate for one person or couple. Even if we had time; which we don't, legally we can't because we are structured as a Private Organization.
We are not the same as a Public Campground or Resort. In our Private structure, it is against the law for us to offer you services without advance Membership. (This structure works best for participating Members and us) Every state has similar laws, and for good reason, it creates accountability, moderates flow, and offers better protection to members regarding decency laws, since we are Private, and not Public.

Non-consensual contact is still against the law. All laws still apply here. Exposing yourself to the public right of way from this property can still be a problem, and definitely criminal if the exposure is sexual in nature or gestures.
Access is by Members only, and mostly coordinated by scheduled days and Weekends. Individual reservations are not possible.

Drop-ins; pass through reservations. We don't offer any sort of individual reservations other than the Member Scheduled days, or group reservations.
The administrative time required to coordinate a single reservation during non-event days exceeds the associated time costs. (We don't have time to do it). However, with a Membership you can RSVP for Events.
Memberships arrangements must be made online in advance only.

$125 (Includes complimentary access on Thursday for setup and Monday for teardown) you can set up your party pad early!
Single Woman Discounted Rate:
For women above 21 and up to any age.
- Daily Rate: $10 per day
Friday through Sunday on the member scheduled weekends.
- Camping: Free
- Guests: You may bring A guest (boyfriend chaperone, girlfriend, boy-toy or friend) he or she is free of charge. Must be legal adults.
NexGen Discounted Rate:
- For individuals aged 21 to 43
- Daily Rate: $10 per day
Friday through Sunday on the member scheduled weekends.
- Domestic Partners & Camping: Included at no additional cost
All above rates are for scheduled weekends and events, and group reservation dates.
Free camping is available for all members to prevent driving under the influence, a public safety precaution. This highway is also heavily patrolled by the Sheriff's Office and MHP.
Check with us if you have a large RV, it may not fit in the Oasis 33 area, you may need to park in the overflow field across the highway.

If our purpose were to collect a membership fee and send you a magazine, we would have paylinks clearly posted. Alas we do not; our purpose is to provide a real live nudist place that you can stand on naked, it's most beneficial if you take the time to review the site, and make an informed decision.
If Oasis 33 is not right for you, there are other places offering other things. This is an industry that attracts more than it's fair share of people with unrealistic expectations of fantasy fulfillment, some with delusional desires that are completely disconnected from reality. We hope those people will absorb the free information on this website as well as other sites, condition themselves to rational thought, then proceed.

It's always one of three things, they haven't read the site, think it's a resort, and want to drop in, or a destitute dude trying to arrange a hookup, or a knucklehead with delusional expectations, or a run of the mill domestic scammer trying to weasel in without paying. I don't see the point in reciting what's already listed on the website, if it's not worth their time to read the site, it's not worth our time to talk to them.
It's irritating to spend the time answering questions, dialogue exchange back and forth only to realize they are trying to pull a scam, to dodge rates or arrange some sort of one-on-one. We really don't have time for that crap. BS is the majority of the non-member contacts; so we just don't do it. (Some people enjoy playing games).
Address/ directions:
For those same reasons above we don't list the address, on the website, people will skip reading any, jump to the address, and show up to satisfy their curiosity while wasting our time. Everything they need to know is available for free on this website. It's extremely self-centered, to waste our time without even reading the website. And we still end up with creepers trying to park and hide out by the gate. That's also why we avoid listing the dates of events on this website. (These people waste more time and money trying to game it, than it would take to man up / pony up and join). Society has no shortage of broke stupid people, communicating with them is draining, it never leads to anything beneficial, thus a waste of time, we hope our membership process will weed those people out, for the most part at works.

When we first started this place, the contacts were about 1 out of 100, was serious enough to actually join. It's improved over the last few years, probably something like 1 out of 10 contacts is serious enough to join. If we spent an hour talking to each person, that's a lot of wasted hours. If we seem standoffish or jaded, I think that we've earned that rite, and we've definitely paid for it with lost time.
Unfortunately that's the reality of nude Recreation, it's amplified in this region because we are essentially the only nude park. When we set up a scheduled event, we estimate that we spend over 200 hours just talking to people about the event. And others will simply pay without asking any questions, and they may have unreasonable expectations about what to expect. It's a perplexing quandary.
Our contact information is provided to members, and so far this seems to be working well. Certainly better than the previous systems.
Although it was sometimes humorous getting calls or emails from someone who clearly hadn't read a damn thing. Some would continually call or email for several days, to ask what's already clearly explained on the site, you would think after all of those repeated contact attempts, they would have taken a few minutes to at least review the site. It's so stupid, it's actually funny.
Most of you are familiar with the problems associated with a sale listing online; you already know the problems and weirdos you will encounter, but add nudity, you can multiply those problems by a hundred. And with misplaced sex appeal, it gets even worse. We deal with it all summer long.
Most disappointing though, the people that need to read this the most, won't be the ones reading it.
